The workshops offered by A Venue Name are programs that include instruction by a guest instructor, accommodations, and meals, depending on the package selected.
Registration
Registration for a workshop is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit, in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking.
Payment
Payments are made through the secure VenueSessions booking system. Credit cards are processed by the payment provider Stripe, which complies with current security standards.
Cancellation by the Participant
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions may apply:
The deposit paid may be retained beyond a date specified in the reservation email, with or without a fee, depending on the circumstances.
The balance may be refunded depending on the cancellation date.
The participant may transfer their spot to another person with the organizer’s consent.
Specific terms may vary by workshop and are indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Organizer
Venue Name reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the event of force majeure. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full.
Liability
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. It is recommended that participants have personal insurance covering risks related to travel and the activities undertaken.
